NARRATIVE-PERSONAL BIOGRAPHY - Aina Garrido

Marina is one of my best friends, I meet her when we were classmates at the first grade of ESO. We are the same age and we have been together for all these years. I wish I had met her before, she is an incredible person. I can still remember the first time we meet.

We were in maths class, and our teacher told us to make some exercises that were a little bit difficult. During the past classes, we started being conscious about the other, so we knew that both of us were good at maths. That’s why, when Marina didn’t knew how to do one of these exercises she came to ask me. Firstly, I was surprised because we had never talked before, but I was happy about it. Although I knew that she was also new at the school, in these time I used to be very shy. After that, in the next classes, we sat together and we discovered that we had a lot in common and finally, at the end of the week we became friends. This was the beginning of our friendship. 

When we talk about it, we laugh. Both of us were thinking the same about the other when it happened. Now we aren’t in the same class, but this is not a problem, our friendship is as strong as it was when we were classmates. In spite of we don’t have the same lifestyle or live in the same neighbourhood, we have each other as a reference for all. She was one of my first friends in the high school and I can’t imagine a life without her. I wish we can continue growing up together.
